Location is great and it is very close to the mall - Lippo Mall and Sun Plaza. Rooms are spacious and hall is big enough to accommodate 4 of us. It is an old building but it is just fine

I had a bittersweet experience staying in this apartment. For the good things: the apartment is located strategically near city center, the room is spacious with complete basic amenities. However, there are 2 unpleasant things. First, there is no non-smoking unit except for the high-end room types. I went into a unit with leftover smoke smell, likely from previous guest. Second, the sound-proofing is terrible. My bedroom was facing a street junction, and any roaring noise from the cars/modified bikes penetrated the room as if there was no window to begin with. There was no ear plug the apartment could provide even though this was not the first feedback they have received from previous guests, and I couldn't sleep throughout the night. I booked 4 nights and immediately left after the first night. The service was pretty decent though. The customer service tried to use air purifier to suck out the smoke smell, and attempted to move me to other rooms to no avail because of similar noise problem.

Неплохой аппартотель, относительно недорого, большой номер-квартира, хорошая кровать, балкон, большая гостиная. В отеле нет ресторана, зато доставка работает на пять баллов. Находится в хорошем районе, рядом много всего полезного, от банкоматов, молов, до ресторанчиков и продовольственных магазинов. Район безопасный, современный, освещенный. На ресепшене отзывчивый персонал, помог с такси до оз. Тоба, хотя можно было воспользоваться приложением Bluebird ( Граб отказался везти). Курить вроде как бы нельзя, даже на балконе, но если сильно хочется, то можно :)) Единственный недостаток - плохая звукоизоляция с улицей, иногда ночные гонщики мешают спать.

At the heart of medan city apartment with easy access to every places in city close to the mall Sun Plaza,Buddhist borobudur temple,hospital food around the mall. You will access to the mall with online driver not too much fare. Apartment have two bedroom with big space for living room. Nice stay in this apartment.

This the best place to stay if u with ur family. Or even bussines 訂房網站. Because the room is completly spacious and also have a living room and dining room. So i choose this hotel because i can make a meeting in my own room.

Lucky to be upgrade to larger unit two bed room, even i had no use it. But bed room face to main street which very noisy at night, non stop motor bike sound.
